The report provides in Part A an overview and assessment of the items included in the Programme or Work adopted by the Assembly in 2024. In Part B, the report outlines the Programme for 2025.
The activities for 2025 are organized in two groups:

AP-in-FAO: A Year of Advocacy, Action, and Achievements;
Staff health, mental health, and well-being (include Flexible Work Arrangements in this category strategically to strengthen its positioning with management);
Career Development and Recruitment (job growth, job classification, mobility, vacancies for internal staff);
Engagement with the field;
Women Parity;
Diversity and Inclusion;
Remuneration deterioration;
2. Core maintenance activities
Communication;
Membership drive;
Direct assistance to member;
Medical Coverage and Advocacy;
Advisory Committee on Occupational Health and Safety (ACOHS);
